What gear and tools does Gabrielle Nistico recommend for aspiring voice actors?

I’ve done a few videos on this, including “Gabby’s Gear – A Look Into Gabby’s Studio” and “Everything You Need to Get Started in Voice Over – in UNDER a minute.” The big takeaway: you do not need a ton of fancy gear to begin.

At a minimum, I recommend:

• A solid entry-level XLR mic
• An audio interface
• Closed-back headphones
• A computer with basic recording software (Audacity, Reaper, etc.)
• A treated recording space (blankets, gobos, closet booth)
