Question
What legacy did Sis. Lois Bollinger Gatlin Terrell leave for First Harvest Ministries?
Answer
Sis. Lois Bollinger Gatlin Terrell left a legacy of faithful endurance, anointed songwriting, and family-centered ministry that still shapes everything I do with First Harvest Ministries.
Her country gospel songs from the 1950s–1970s flowed out of a deep walk with God, turning real-life trials into worship. She was an evangelist, church planter, pastor, and a single mother of ten, living proof that grace can carry a person through impossible seasons.
At her deathbed, I vowed that her name, ministry, and songs would not be forgotten. First Harvest Ministries exists, in large part, to honor that vow—preserving her music, telling her story, and letting her testimony continue to strengthen faith in this generation.
Would you like to hear more about her music, her ministry work, or her family story?
