Based on what I teach at First Harvest, much of the public scrutiny toward the Church comes from this: we’ve often preached a gospel of belief without a life of obedience. Many churches say the Law of God was “done away with,” so the world sees Christians who claim salvation but don’t live any differently. That hypocrisy naturally draws criticism.
At First Harvest, I emphasize returning to the intent of Torah—learning how to truly love Yahweh and our neighbor through His commandments. When the Church walks in Spirit-filled obedience instead of shallow profession, our witness regains credibility before a watching world.
