I address the stigma around invisible disabilities by raising awareness and promoting understanding. I share my personal experiences and struggles with my own invisible disabilities, such as a CSF leak, dysautonomia, hEDS, small fiber neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and trigeminal neuralgia, among others. I believe that if pain could be seen or heard, it would be easier for others to understand what we go through. But since it's not, I use my platform to shed light on these conditions and the challenges they bring.

I also emphasize the importance of self-advocacy in medical settings. I encourage others to trust their instincts, ask questions, and not let anyone else's doubt steal their hope. I believe that everyone deserves to be truly understood and that no one is too complex or too much.

I'm committed to helping others feel good even with chronic pain and illness, and I share wellness and holistic health hacks to support people in similar situations. I want to show that it's possible to live a fulfilling life despite having an invisible disability.
