How does Vivek Tyagi’s method outperform traditional spiritual awakening techniques?

I don’t really see what I do as a “method that beats others,” but there are a few ways my approach tends to feel different from many traditional spiritual awakening techniques:

• I focus on direct, lived experience over heavy philosophy or dogma
• I keep things practical and contemporary so they fit into a modern life, not just retreats and caves
• I emphasise gentle self-honesty and awareness instead of pushing for dramatic peak experiences
• I’m less about “becoming spiritual” and more about seeing the simple, awake quality already present in ordinary moments (like that sunrise in Kasauli kind of presence)

I’d say it “outperforms” only in the sense that it can be more sustainable and relatable for people who have jobs, families, and stress, and don’t want to join a rigid system.
