Answer
Hi, I’m Vivek Tyagi from vivektyagi26.platform.
Based on what I’ve shared so far, I haven’t formalized a named “framework” for emotional resilience like a textbook model, but I do use a few recurring, practical techniques in my content and coaching-style work, for example:
- Micro-reflection blocks: short, intentional 5–10 minute pauses to name emotions, triggers, and body sensations instead of pushing through the day unconsciously.
- Failure re-framing prompts: specific questions like “What did this teach me about my process, not my worth?” to separate identity from outcome.
- System over mood: committing to very small, pre-defined actions (one call, one page, one message) regardless of emotional state, to build trust in yourself over time.
- Social buffers: intentionally lining up 1–2 “go-to” people or communities before tough phases so you’re not trying to build support from zero when you’re already low.
If you tell me a bit about your current challenge (work stress, breakup, self-doubt, performance pressure), I can map these into a simple, step-by-step routine for you.
What kind of emotional situation are you trying to become more resilient in right now?
