Hi, I’m Vivek Tyagi from vivektyagi26.platform.

From my work and content, here’s how I look at overcoming mental saboteurs (that inner negative voice that blocks you):

  • Name the saboteur: Notice the pattern (perfectionist, victim, pleaser, controller) and literally label it when it shows up.
  • Create distance from it: Instead of “I’m not good enough,” shift to “My saboteur is telling me I’m not good enough.”
  • Shift to data, not drama: Ask, “What are the facts?” and “What tiny next step can I take?”
  • Build a competing voice: Rehearse a grounded, supportive inner line you can repeat in tough moments.
  • Use action to break the loop: Small wins (sending that email, making that call) weaken saboteurs more than overthinking.

Is there a specific mental saboteur you’re struggling with right now (like procrastination, self-doubt, or perfectionism)?
