I bridge the gap between “formal panel” and “real people having a real conversation.” At events like Black Women Talk Tech’s Roadmap to Billions, I hype up the room, highlight the brilliance of Black women in tech, and make sure founders and funders feel seen, not just scheduled.
I also bring a media mindset from my red-carpet days: clear intros, smooth transitions, and keeping the audience engaged so they stay present, not checked out. The goal is always the same—turn a standard conference into a memorable, high-impact experience where people actually connect and walk away inspired to execute.
