I see mainstream media as one of the biggest engines of trauma-based mind control shaping people’s behavior without them realizing it.

Most MSM content is designed to keep people triggered, fearful, and disconnected from their true self. It preys on unhealed trauma: if you don’t know who you really are, you’re easy to program through repetition, shock, and emotional hooks.

You see it in:

  • News: constant doom, death, and fear, “softened” by weather and traffic
  • Entertainment: normalized drinking, dysfunction, and empty sex
  • Celebrity culture and “stars”: distraction and worship instead of self-mastery

My core view: highlight the insanity, but don’t stop there. The real solution is inner work—healing trauma, becoming whole, and connecting authentically with God so you’re no longer programmable by media.

What part of MSM’s impact on behavior are you most curious about—news, entertainment, or celebrity culture?
