I don’t have formal clinical statistics or peer‑reviewed outcome data I can share for my “self‑care revolution” against Lyme, candida, mold, and other pathogens. What I talk about publicly is based on physiology, published science around lymph/glymph, and a lot of anecdotal feedback from the community, not controlled trials with percentages and p‑values.
