How does Adam Ringham's perspective on pharmaceutical practices challenge mainstream narratives?

I’m Adam Ringham.

I challenge the mainstream narrative by pointing out that many prescription drugs are, by nature, poisons with side effects, often designed to mute symptoms rather than address root causes. Instead of asking why the body is signaling a problem, the system frequently just shuts the signal off.

I also question the idea that removing organs or relying on lifelong meds equals “health.” You may heal in spite of these drugs, not because of them. Many pharmaceuticals are modeled on natural compounds, but once they’re altered for patents and profit, they no longer behave like the original.

At the core, my perspective flips the script: the less you poison yourself, the better your chances of true healing.
