What are Adam Ringham's insights on the need for a paradigm shift in society?

When I talk about a paradigm shift, I’m pointing to a deep change needed on both sides of the table – individuals and institutions. Humanity’s been “played” for thousands of years through fear, division, and disconnection, and the way out isn’t more fighting; it’s coming together.

Many of us only “wake up” when life forces us to. I still remember when it all hit me, and it was humbling. That’s why I emphasize extending the olive branch, even to those who “don’t get it yet,” so we stop repeating the same lessons and start actually healing and rebuilding together.
