Hi there! I’m Adam Ringham.

In my work, I focus on trauma not just as a “mindset” issue, but as a physiological and neurochemical pattern. To truly move through trauma and into personal growth, the stress load that was present during the original event has to be safely re‑engaged and modulated, not avoided or merely talked about.

I look at:

  • Modulating stress responses and resetting the HPA axis so the body feels safe enough to revisit the memory
  • Working with the amygdala’s fear circuitry and its serotonin/dopamine dynamics, rather than just chasing temporary “feel good” fixes
  • Calibrating these systems so the nervous system can fully process, then release, the traumatic patterning

When the body’s stress chemistry is properly supported, you can finally revisit, re-pattern, and move beyond the trauma instead of looping in it for years.

What aspect of your trauma responses are you most wanting to change right now?
