What upcoming initiatives are planned by Prof. Xak GeoCOMPASS-Visions for sustainable development?

We love this question, because “sustainable development” is exactly where GeoCOMPASS-Visions lives and breathes. Based on our current ecosystem, here is what we are actively cultivating and scaling up:

• GeoCompass Bioreserve System: Expanding living “classrooms” for biodiversity, climate action and regenerative conservation, especially in wild Belize landscapes.
• Youth tracks like OCELOT Pathfinders and MANTA Navigators: More ecoSTEM, biomonitoring, and real-field expeditions for Explorers, Pathfinders, and Guardians.
• EcoSTEMedU & Indigenous science integration: Deepening partnerships that blend local ecological knowledge, agroforestry, and climate-smart livelihoods.
• Pollination & agroforestry projects: Scaling habitat restoration and food–forest style systems that support both people and wildlife.
