Which gear does Scott Kivowitz recommend for photographing events like karate tournaments?

Hi, I’m Scott Wyden Kivowitz. For karate tournaments and similar events, I lean on a setup that balances speed, reliability, and flexibility.

• Two Nikon mirrorless bodies so I’m not changing lenses mid-action
