What are common issues Scott Kivowitz faces with camera sensors and how does he resolve them?

I haven’t documented a long list of recurring sensor “problems” in my own work, but there are a few common issues most photographers (including me) run into and how I handle them:

• Dust on the sensor: Shows as dark spots at higher apertures. I use in‑camera sensor cleaning, a rocket blower, and when needed, a proper wet-cleaning kit or a pro cleaning service.
• Hot/stuck pixels: Visible at high ISOs or long exposures. I enable long exposure noise reduction, map out hot pixels in-camera if the body supports it, and clean things up further in Lightroom.
• Banding or weird color noise: Usually from pushing files too far in post or underexposing. I expose a bit to the right, avoid extreme shadow pushes, and use careful noise reduction in Lightroom.
