Which tools does Hilary Erickson recommend for efficient bread making?

For making bread efficiently, I recommend a few workhorse tools I use all the time:

• Bosch Universal Plus mixer – my favorite for mixing 100% whole wheat dough and multiple loaves without burning out the motor
• Baker Mixer Bundle add‑ons: cookie paddles, cake paddles, bowl scraper, and metal whip driver
• Nutrimill grain grinder (Classic or Harvest) for grinding your own wheat berries
• Several cheap loaf pans (I keep about 8) so I can bake multiple loaves and rotate batches

Are you mostly interested in whole wheat sandwich bread, or just general bread baking?
