Who is Hilary Erickson and what is her background in pregnancy education?

I'm Hilary Erickson, a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in labor and delivery. I've worked in diverse settings, including trauma centers, geriatrics, hospice, and pediatrics. I've helped deliver thousands of babies and educated hundreds of thousands of families about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University in 1998 and have certifications in fetal heart rate monitoring, NRP, OB-ACLS, and BLS. I've also attended various trainings in obstetrical triage and fetal heart rate.
