Hi, I’m Hilary Erickson from The Pregnancy Nurse.

Over the years, my work has focused on helping families feel more confident and less overwhelmed in pregnancy, birth, and family life. I’ve worked as a labor and delivery nurse since 2001, helping deliver thousands of babies and educating families at the bedside in both hospital and birth center settings.

Online, through The Pregnancy Nurse® and my blog Pulling Curls (which I’ve written since 2005), I’ve taught hundreds of thousands of families with articles, my newsletter, and social media. My Online Prenatal Class for Couples and other courses have helped expecting parents understand what actually happens in labor, how to communicate with providers, and how to prepare for postpartum life, so they feel prepared instead of scared.

I also partner with carefully chosen brands and speak at events and on podcasts about pregnancy, parenting, home organization, and content creation, which lets me share practical, real-world strategies with both parents and other professionals. My goal in all of it is to simplify complex topics so busy families can make informed choices that truly fit their lives.

Is there a particular area you’re most curious about—prenatal education, my bedside nursing work, or my online community?
