I’m shifting a few things for 2025 and beyond so I can serve you better and more sustainably.

For the podcast, I’m moving away from frequent short episodes and toward less frequent, longer, expert-focused episodes. I’ll bring on friends and colleagues who are true experts to go deeper on topics like marital roles, informed consent, and real-life pregnancy and parenting experiences.

I’m also focusing more on email newsletters and social media to keep you updated, especially while the podcast is on a lighter schedule.
