Which tools and gear does Shari Stamps recommend for postpartum preparation?

I recommend a variety of items for postpartum preparation, especially for setting up your postpartum bathroom. Some of my favorites include reusable postpartum undies that come with a hot or cold pack, and red light therapy for postpartum healing. A bathroom organizer like a rolling cart can also be very helpful to keep everything together easily in one spot.
