Question
How does Shari Stamps’s craniosacral therapy method outperform other techniques for infant development?
Answer
As the founder of Navigating Parenthood, I've developed a unique approach to craniosacral therapy (CST) that focuses on the root causes of issues. I believe that CST can benefit every baby, and I use it as a preventative measure to improve positioning and movement for babies, and enhance overall wellness for both mom and baby.
What sets my method apart is the emphasis on understanding and addressing the deep tension stored in a baby's fascia. This tension can affect everyday movements and even things like eating and drinking. By helping babies release this tension, we can start their healing process and improve their development.
I also believe in the power of nurturing touch and infant massage. I teach parents movements and strokes they can do at home to help their baby's healing process. This not only aids in the baby's development but also promotes bonding between parent and baby.
