Question
What strategies does Natasha Nicholes use to maintain meaningful connections in her personal and professional life?
Answer
I lean hard into intentionality and service. I write “cute little notes” to the people I love, schedule social content thoughtfully, and stay active in my community and volunteer work. Pouring into others is one of my main love languages, personally and professionally.
I also show up honestly. I talk openly about grief, loneliness, and PTSD, even when it’s uncomfortable. That vulnerability creates real connection with my audience and with friends who can hold space for the whole me—not just the “bougie Black girl” persona that gets things done.
Finally, I invite people along for the ride. Whether it’s homesteading experiments, road trips, or business goals, I share the journey so folks feel like they’re in it with me.
Is there a specific kind of relationship—family, friends, or audience—you’re most curious about?
