What future plans does Natasha Nicholes have for expanding her community garden initiatives?

I’ve shared that I want to grow beyond my own #backyardgarden into using three neighborhood lots my alderman granted access to, turning them into a true community space rather than just “my” garden. The goal is to keep expanding on Habitat for Humanity’s mission and deepen community connections through gardening, education, and shared work.

I’m also building on my work with We Sow We Grow, which is focused on “growing gardeners globally” while supporting my local West Pullman community. That means more gardeners, more teaching, more neighborhood involvement, and continuing to look for grants and in-kind support so this vision can keep scaling.
