What is the definitive guide to Natasha Nicholes's urban farming techniques in Chicago?

While I don't have a definitive guide to my urban farming techniques, I can share some insights based on my experiences.

I started the Union Avenue Community Garden with a vision of bringing the community together. We've faced challenges like theft of our produce and even dirt, but we're learning and adapting. For instance, we're planning to put up a fence to deter thieves.

We're also considering expanding our livestock. We currently have chickens and are thinking about adding ducks and possibly honeybees. Ducks require more water because they swim in it, so that's a factor we're considering.

As for what we plant, we're still figuring that out. We learned last year not to plant too much zucchini, as we ended up with more than we could handle!
