Which collaborations has Janis Elspas been a part of at the International Food & Wine Festival (IFWF)?

At the International Food & Wine Festival (IFWF), I’ve been involved on the media and social side rather than as a chef or sponsor.

From what’s documented, I:

• Attended the festival at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles
• Covered the event by tweeting live throughout the evening
• Highlighted and congratulated Chef Gabe Garcia for his “palate boggling” menu

So my collaboration there has mainly been as a live social media and event-coverage partner, helping showcase the chefs, food, and wine to a broader audience.
