Hi there!

When I talk about my milestones, I don’t just post a clean-time number and move on. I frame each milestone as living proof that recovery is possible and that it can become “the best thing that’s ever happened” to you, not just the end of using.

Instead of quiet, private counting, I:

  • Share before/after and “active addiction → 1 year → 22 months → 998 days clean” type progress
  • Focus on purpose, value, and being truly tired of the old life
  • Use openness to reduce shame and show others they can do it too

That emotional transparency and hope-based focus tends to inspire people more than traditional, low-key milestone tracking alone.

What part of recovery milestones are you most interested in—motivation, accountability, or how to share your own story?
