Answer
I'm Mackenzie Alexander, a 20-year-old Broadcast Journalism student at LSU. I was born and raised in Genesee, Michigan, and now live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I've played sports my entire life, including soccer, softball, swimming, volleyball, basketball, and competitive cheerleading. I understand the challenges of being a student-athlete, and that's why I started All Bases Covered with TDT Media.
My goal is to focus on the real and good in athletes and coaches, allowing them to tell their stories. I believe players are people above all, and I'm here to tell the human-side of athletes. Sports is my ministry, and God is the reason I've been able to experience all of this. I'm not ashamed to say I love Jesus.
I've learned that there's nothing more important than mental health and spiritual life. Your sport is what you do, not who you are. Thank you for all the continued support, and let's keep growing together with All Bases Covered.
