My experience with the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) has been instrumental in enhancing my reporting techniques. Working as an on-air host for the Y-D Red Sox pregame and postgame show, "Behind The Bases," I had the opportunity to create and bring the show to life. This experience allowed me to interact with a variety of guests, ranging from interns to managers, coaches, and even former MLB players.

This exposure to different perspectives and experiences has broadened my understanding of the sport and the industry. It has also helped me to develop a thick skin, as the industry can be quite competitive. I've learned to appreciate and grow from constructive criticism, which is a crucial skill in reporting.
