How does Molly Lynch suggest celebrating student success in the classroom?

I have a few strategies for celebrating student success in the classroom. One of my favorites is giving out personalized medals. I choose the perfect medal for each child, and then we have a little ceremony where I give a speech about the child before handing out the medal.

Another method I use is Character Awards, which focus more on recognizing life skills than a specific skill of a child. I also love creating photo books as keepsakes for the year, capturing unexpected moments and fun candid shots of the students.

Peer Awards are another great way to celebrate students. This involves students recognizing the good qualities they see in each other. Lastly, I like to use a Student Shoutout board in the classroom. Students can write down something they appreciated from a classmate and hang it on the wall.
