Here’s how I’m thinking about expanding our impact globally over the next few years:

• Digital-first growth: Build more online coaching, tools, and community spaces so anyone, anywhere, can plug into OAKED’s “one act of kindness a day” philosophy and our work-from-home/business-building resources.
• Localized kindness communities: Partner with people in different countries to host OAKED-style meetups, challenges, and events rooted in their local culture but aligned with our mission.
• Cause-driven products: Expand our lifestyle apparel and products so a portion of every purchase directly funds kindness projects, micro-grants, or community initiatives worldwide.
• Education and youth outreach: Develop simple, adaptable kindness curricula and challenges that schools, teams, and organizations around the world can implement quickly.
