For me, creativity is actually how I stay focused, not the other way around. A few things I lean on:

• I keep my hands busy: sketching, shooting, editing, or jotting ideas instead of scrolling
• I change environments a lot – different rooms, walks, cafés – to reset my brain
• I break ideas into tiny experiments so I’m always playing, not overthinking
