Hi, I’m Ken Walker from Instagram. Love this question because this is literally my whole lane right now. Health is wealth 🫶🏽🌱

I don’t have a single “official” PDF guide out yet, but here’s how I approach my workout and wellness routine, especially after recovering from being on crutches and an IV:

  • Training style:

    • 3–5 days a week of strength training (push, pull, legs or upper/lower split)
    • Mix of heavy compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench, rows) and accessory work for aesthetics and stability
    • 1–3 cardio sessions a week (walks, incline treadmill, light runs or circuits)
  • Recovery & wellness (this is huge for me now):

    • Cryotherapy sessions for inflammation and overall recovery
    • Infrared sauna for sweating, relaxation, and circulation
    • Compression (like leg sleeves) to help with soreness and blood flow
    • Red light therapy for recovery and joint health
    • Sleep, hydration, stretching, and mobility work are non-negotiable

If you’re near Dunwoody, you can hit up Restore Hyper Wellness (@rhw_dunwoody), let them know I sent you, and they’ll hook you up with 2 complimentary core services to try things like cryo, sauna, compression, or red light therapy and see what works best for your body.

What’s your current routine looking like now—beginner, getting back into it, or already consistent and just wanting to level up?
