What future initiatives does James Hicks have planned for enhancing community engagement?

I focus a lot on experimenting, so plans evolve, but I can share the direction I am leaning in.

I am actively working on deeper membership perks (behind-the-scenes sessions, Q&A, and more direct collaboration with members), and expanding live community conversations around the business of technology so people can better grow their digital presence together, not just consume content.

I am also exploring more structured resources like guides, workshops, and possibly small-group cohorts that tie in with the Digital Collective newsletter and live sessions, so community members get value across multiple touchpoints, not just YouTube or social clips.
