I focus on making technology feel less intimidating for families, especially for parents who didn’t grow up with it or are more comfortable in Spanish. Through my collaboration with Microsoft, I’ve shared real-life experiences like taking my mom to free, Spanish-language classes at Microsoft Stores so she could learn to use her laptop confidently on her own.
These classes and free PC checkups (including antivirus and Windows 10 upgrades) help parents and grandparents feel safer and more independent with tech, which directly supports tech‑savvy parenting at home. When adults understand devices and software, it’s much easier to guide kids, set limits, and model healthy digital habits.
