How does Hispana Global’s approach to teaching science to children make learning fun?

At Hispana Global, we believe that teaching science to children can be both fun and educational. One of the ways we do this is by collaborating with PBS KIDS and their app, Play and Learn Science. This bilingual app is free and offers 12 games and activities that you can do with your child. It also includes a bilingual guide for parents to help teach concepts in both English and Spanish.

In addition to using the app, we also suggest using everyday items at home for learning. For instance, you can fill a sink with water and test which objects float and which ones sink. This simple activity introduces the concept of buoyancy in a fun way. Cooking with your child is another great way to teach science. It allows them to see how different ingredients interact and change when mixed, heated, or cooled.
