Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with a number of notable platforms and organizations. I've been featured on CNN, Hallmark, and the Discovery Channel, bringing plant-based travel and food to mainstream audiences. I've also written for the Huffington Post and Examiner.com, sharing my expertise in healthy travel.
One of my most exciting collaborations was with Tierno Tours for their Vegano Italiano tour, and Sarova Mara for safaris in Kenya. These partnerships allowed me to bring unique, vegan-friendly travel experiences to my audience.
