I've had some wonderful adventures in Northern Ireland! Here are some highlights:

Belfast and Northern Coast: I visited the Titanic Museum, which is one of my top 5 favorite museums in the world. I also explored the SS Nomadic, Titanic's sister ship. For Game of Thrones fans, there's a fantastic immersive experience in Belfast. I also visited the Northern Coast, including the Dark Hedges, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Giant’s Causeway, and Dunluce Castle.

Galgorm Resort and Spa: This is a dreamy place to stay, located in Ballymena, about 30 minutes north of Belfast. It's set within 163 acres of lush parkland with the spectacular River Maine flowing through the estate. They have a unique Thermal Village & Spa and a selection of top-notch restaurants & bars.

Food: I highly recommend Coppi in Belfast. They serve fabulous Italian fare and have a special vegan menu.
