As Carolyn Scott-Hamilton, I'm constantly working on expanding the Healthy Voyager brand. Currently, I'm developing a food line, clothing line, and travel kit line. I also recently launched a follow-up cookbook, The Healthy Voyager’s Global Kitchen: 175 Plant-Based Recipes from Across the Globe.
