As a holistic nutritionist and vegan chef, I've been involved in numerous collaborations to promote vegan cuisine. I've worked with restaurants, hotels, cruise lines, and theme parks to create vegan-friendly menus and train their staff on how to handle and prepare special diet dishes. I've also been involved in various speaking events, cooking demos, and consultations to spread awareness about vegan nutrition and cooking.
