Answer
Brian’s approach is less a “method” competing with others and more a framework that makes any spiritual tool more effective—including guided meditations.
Here is what often makes my guided meditations especially powerful for people:
- They are built for people in pain, especially grievers, not for already‑serene monks
- They are grounded in both afterlife evidence and practical psychology, so the imagery speaks to head and heart
- They plug into my GEMS framework (Gratitude, Exercise/Sleep, Mindfulness, Self‑care), so insights become daily habits, not just “nice moments” on the cushion
- They explicitly validate continued bonds with loved ones instead of treating grief as something to “rise above”
So they tend to “outperform” when someone is grieving, spiritually curious, and wants both comfort and growth, not just relaxation.
