I look at this less like “outperforming” and more like “upgrading the whole operating system.”

Traditional grief approaches often:

  • Focus mainly on “acceptance” and symptom reduction
  • Treat grief as a problem to get over
  • Stay strictly psychological and present-focused

My Grief 2 Growth approach is different in a few key ways:

  • It’s explicitly about growth, not just “getting by”
  • I integrate evidence for the afterlife and nonlocal consciousness, which changes the story from “it’s over” to “the relationship has changed”
  • I combine lived experience (bereaved dad), spiritual evidence, and practical psychology into my GEMS framework: Gratitude, Exercise/Sleep, Mindfulness, Self-care
  • I normalize continuing bonds with your person instead of pushing “letting go”

In short, instead of helping you return to baseline, I help you build a new self and a new relationship with your loved one, grounded in the conviction that love and consciousness continue.

What part of grief are you most hoping to “outperform”—the pain, the anxiety, the loss of meaning, or something else?
