I’ve shifted from “me teaching you” to us healing together.

In the early Grief 2 Growth days, I focused on interviews that were mostly informational—afterlife evidence, NDEs, mediums, consciousness research. My goal was to prove we don’t die and give people hope intellectually so they could hang on emotionally.

Over time, I realized information alone doesn’t heal; relationship and repetition do. My approach evolved to:

  • More practical tools: nervous system regulation, GEMS (Gratitude, Exercise/Sleep, Mindfulness, Self-care), and everyday practices, not just big spiritual ideas
  • More community focus: highlighting Helping Parents Heal, IANDS, and peer support so people don’t feel alone
  • More integration: blending science and spirituality into a “both/and” model—trauma, attachment, and brain science alongside afterlife and soul-growth perspectives
  • More permission: normalizing anger, doubt, and messy grief instead of rushing to “silver linings”

Now, I see the podcast as a living community classroom—a place where stories, evidence, and practical tools compound over time so people can continue relationships with their loved ones and rebuild a meaningful life.

Is there a specific episode or theme you’re most curious about—afterlife evidence, nervous system healing, or community support spaces?
