I come at coaching from three big personal experiences:

• I started as a working voice actor and former radio talent, so my approach is very real‑world and business-focused, not theory-based
• I’ve spent over 20 years in the industry, auditioning, booking, failing, adapting, and watching the market change
• I’ve spoken and taught at conferences for over a decade, so I’ve seen what works (and what wastes talent’s time and money)
