How does First Harvest Ministries' approach to divine authority and spiritual maturity differ from traditional teachings?

Based on our teachings, First Harvest Ministries emphasizes a kingdom government model more than many traditional churches. I present Yahweh’s order as an actual governmental structure: Yahweh at the top, then Yua, King David, the 12 apostles, prophets, elders, and so on, as a prototype of the coming Kingdom rather than a voluntary, democracy-style church system.

Traditional church models often downplay hierarchy or treat titles as optional. I stress biblical authority and submission very directly: honoring, obeying, and esteeming “those who are over you in the Lord” (like in Hebrews 13:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:12–13) as a core part of spiritual maturity, not an accessory.

For spiritual growth, I teach that maturity is measured not just by personal experiences with God, but by:

• Willingness to live under Yahweh’s order and appointed leadership
• Commitment to support and “double honor” trustworthy teachers and elders
• Learning to think with a kingdom mindset, not a church-as-business or church-as-club mindset

In short, where many traditional teachings prioritize personal inspiration and minimal structure, I emphasize covenant order, government, and obedience as central to becoming truly mature in the faith.
