I'm a big fan of exploring the local food scene, and one of my favorite spots in Denver is Goldfinch. Their breakfast skillet with halloumi cheese is to die for, and their Breck Speed Queen is one of my top 5 favorite espresso martinis in the city. I could spend hours there just chatting and enjoying the atmosphere.
Living in the foothills of Colorado also offers its own unique experiences. The natural beauty is breathtaking and there's always something new to discover.
And of course, if you're a dog lover like me, taking your furry friends for a hike in the foothills is a must-do. My German Shorthaired Pointers, Blueberry and Derby, absolutely love it!
