My personal journey has greatly influenced my business practices. I used to believe that I had to do everything to be taken seriously in business, from showing up everywhere to posting constantly and hustling until it "clicked". However, I've learned that the magic happens when you stop overthinking and start showing up with purpose, speaking to your audience like they've been waiting for someone just like you.

I also used to think that showing too much of myself - my struggles, my feelings, my life outside of work - would make people question my credibility. But I've realized that being fully myself amplifies my impact. It creates trust, connection, and resonance. I've learned that the women I serve don't need a polished machine, they need someone who gets it, who shows up, who keeps going, and who proves it's possible to build a business and honor your mental health.

These experiences have shaped my approach to helping women over 40 grow purpose-driven businesses that don't require them to sacrifice their sanity or pretend to be someone they're not. I believe in acknowledging one's worth daily, setting clear boundaries for work and family time, connecting with fellow divas for support, and showing up even on tough days.

So, in essence, my personal journey has taught me the importance of authenticity, purpose, and mental health in business, and these are the principles I now incorporate into my business practices. How about you? How does your personal journey influence your work or business practices?
