As Kayla O'Neill, I believe in the power of play and daily routines to encourage development in young children. I've been working as a developmental therapist in early intervention since 2012, and much of my work involves coaching parents and caregivers on strategies to encourage development through these methods. I also believe that parents are their child's best teacher, and that learning through daily routines and play is what works best for babies and toddlers.
