I focus on a pretty consistent set of pain points in my work, even when the topics look different on the surface:

  • Emotional suffering: anger, guilt, fear, shame, and the sense that “pain is how I grow” (for example, in talks like Sacred Pain and Learning Through Joy vs Pain).
  • Feeling trapped in repeating patterns: same problems, different people or circumstances.
  • Spiritual confusion: wanting a magical or spiritual path that is effective, sane, and non–fear based.
  • Loneliness on the path: feeling like no one around you “gets” your interests or experiences.
  • Lack of practical tools: knowing the theory but not having clear, step‑by‑step methods to change consciousness and daily life.

Is there a particular pain point on that list that feels most relevant to you right now?
