I speak to “toxic masculinity” by reframing it as the wounded masculine, not masculinity itself being the problem.

In my work, I point to how porn culture, “bro” media, status obsession, and unresolved trauma turn men into what I’ve called an “animalistic and grotesque, roving beast subservient to our lower nature.” That distortion is what’s toxic, not the essence of manhood.

Healthy masculinity is protective, present, and capable of deep penetration of life and Woman with integrity, not objectification. The work is to uproot the wounded patterns at the source so men can embody a mature, conscious masculine instead of a reactive, wounded one.

Is there a specific aspect of masculinity you’re wrestling with right now?
